Golf is a game of excitement and passion, people play the game for two reasons, either competition or relaxation. You can go out and buy the most expensive tees and golf clubs, yet if you have a burden over your shoulders you will no doubt still end up suffering.

To finalise things, I would say that the game of golf and your personal performance, is 70% mentally related and 30% physical. You could be the best physical golfer in the world but with the incorrect mindset, you are doomed for failure.

Although the above information is mainly targeted at beginners of the game, the same still applies for people that have been playing for years, as if you have had a sudden detrimental effect in your private life this will undoubtedly affect in your overall golf game.

Well what better fitness can you get than a lovely morning jog? The celebrities have the beauty of nature around them so why not take advantage of the exquisite scenery and wake up to a healthy jog around camp.

Swimming
Well although we only see trees around the jungle I am certain that there is a beach or clean river close around. Why not go for a nice dip and get the best experience out of this all?

Games with other Team Mates
Although we see this a little with team mates playing things such a charades, why not get involved more and play additional team games? Set up your own activities, again they are in a massive jungle why not create something like paintball? That would be awesome.

Golf
Well this is certainly an easy game to replicate, especially in the jungle. How many trees are around? Use the branches to create golf clubs and there must be some kind of element which you can turn into a ball. Create little pot holes and then your off, have a divine and enjoyable game of golf.

So I do not want to hear any one else whining about they are bored. If I was in there I would have an amazing time and experience.
